Paul Ainsworth at No6 is our 1* Michelin restaurant located in the heart of Padstow, and the flagship of The Ainsworth Collection. The restaurant features modern British cuisine with a focus on locally sourced Cornish produce. The Oyster & Fish House

The Oyster & Fish House in Lyme Regis is arguably the most picturesque spot in Dorset to enjoy locally sourced fish and seafood. Renowned chef, restaurateur and food writer Mark Hix is known for championing British seasonal food so you can expect to find local, responsibly sourced ingredients on his daily changing menus. As the menu is based around what the local fishermen have caught, you can be assured of the freshest fish and seafood dishes.

The Mariners

The Mariners is a proper British pub located beside the Camel Estuary in Rock, offering pub classic dishes, a Seasons menu, and fine ales from Sharps Brewery. Our menus have been designed by Paul Ainsworth and Head Chef Joe Rozier, championing the best of our local produce. We are open daily from 12 noon – 9pm, with reservable tables on both floors. Walk-ins are welcome but we recommend making a reservation, particularly during peak holiday and for our popular winter Sunday Roast lunches.
