Membership Terms and Conditions
If you become a South West 660 Member (“Member”), a legally binding contract will be made between you and South West 660 Ltd (“SW660”), and you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions of Purchase:
Membership
The membership fee is £15 and Membership applications are made through the SW660 web site.
Membership begins on the date of purchase and will expire one year thereafter (“the Term”).
The purchase of membership of South West 660 is non-refundable and non-transferable.
SW660 reserve the right to grant or refuse membership at its absolute discretion.
Once membership has been granted, access will be provided to the Membership Area of the South West 660 web site through a login and password.
The login may be shared within one household only and the sharing of the login details beyond this is expressly forbidden.
The login will become inactive on the expiry date of the Membership.
Membership will not renew automatically but may be renewed at any time during the Term and upon renewal will extend the expiry date by one year.
Benefits
Members are entitled to two categories of Benefits – Online Benefits and a Membership Pack. SW660 reserve the right to modify any or all of the Online Benefits during the Term.
Online Benefits
Members will:
Be able to download GPX Route Guidance files for each of the 12 sections
Be able to download detailed route notes for each of the 12 sections
Receive a monthly newsletter
Have access to Members Choice offers
Members Pack
The Membership Pack will be despatched within 5 working days of payment by Royal Mail 2nd class delivery and will include:
Printed Membership card
Exclusive SW660 car air freshener
SW660 does not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage to Membership Packs once despatched by us.
Members Choice Offers
Members Choice Offers are published on the SW660 web site in good faith but you must check with the relevant business that the offer is applicable at the time of your booking with them.
Members Choice offers are only available upon production of your Membership Card and participating businesses reserve the right to refuse the offer if you are unable to produce your Membership Card.
Limitation of our liability
Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, or our fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all conditions, warranties, representations or other terms which may apply to SW660 Membership, whether express or implied.
We will not be liable to any Member for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising under or in connection with SW660 Membership.
Applicable law
These terms and conditions are governed by English law. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction. However, if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
General
You may not transfer any of your rights and obligations under these terms and conditions to another person.
By becoming a Member, you also agree to be bound by our web site Terms and Conditions, Cookie Policy and Privacy Policy.
South West 660 Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales with Company Number 13503547 and with a Registered Office 5 Barnfield Crescent, Exeter, United Kingdom, EX1 1QT.
